  • The final balance is due upon completion of services and prior to final deliverable submission.

• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 10% per month.

 

Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, plans, and documents are the intellectual property of HOMEBASEPLANNER.COM.

• The client receives a license to use the final designs solely for the agreed-upon project. Reuse or modification without written consent is prohibited.

• Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide all necessary information, approvals, and access to the site as required for the timely completion of services.

• The client shall promptly review and approve or request revisions for deliverables, ensuring that project timelines are met.

 

Project Timeline

• Estimated timelines will be provided based on project scope and requirements. Delays outside of our control, including client feedback delays or external approvals, may impact the timeline.

 

Revisions and Modifications

• We offer [number] of revisions within the original scope of work. Additional revisions or modifications may incur additional fees, which will be agreed upon before work continues.

 

Third-Party Contractors and Consultants

Warranties and Disclaimer

• We will perform our services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence, in accordance with industry standards.

• We do not guarantee or warrant final project outcomes, including building permits, project approvals, or the work of third parties (contractors, vendors, etc.).

 

Project Termination
